The Auburndale Neighborhood

Auburndale is a young subdivision composed of a diverse population. Residents of various ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, and talents are well represented. With 235 homes, our neighborhood is large enough to attract talented people while being small enough to maintain a small community feeling. Pride of ownership is evident in many homes as seen by well-maintained properties.

One example of community spirit was the celebration of Memorial Day with a block party that was planned and organized by volunteers. The party was attended and enjoyed by a large number of children and adults.

We hope that you feel welcome and enjoy being a part of the community spirit that is building as our neighborhood grows and matures. The Board of Directors welcomes your questions, comments, and suggestions as we seek to meet our neighborhood’s needs.
