The Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be Virtual.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that in order to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to hold a meeting is twenty percent (20%) of all lot owners. If quorum is not meet. The meeting will be reconvened on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, at 6:40pm with the quorum requirement of 10%. If the quorum for the meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

    If you have any questions or concerns that you would like addressed at the meeting, please fill out the Question or Comments page enclosed and email it back to Lindsay@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than Monday, October 16, 2023.

  4. Development Project Meeting

    The Skorburg Company is a local land developers based out of Dallas and would like to invite you to join a meeting on May 17th 6:00 p.m. Currently they have a multifamily project just to the south of the subdivision going through the entitlement process and wanted to provide a presentation of the project in detail to neighboring residents. The Skorburg Company wants to listen to your concerns/opinions and ultimately garner your support for the project.

    Directors from the Auburndale Homeowners Association will be at our neighborhood park (corner of Auburndale Ave and Lexington Ave) on Sunday, April 16, for an informal “meet and greet” with homeowners.

    Homeowners who would like to:

      - Volunteer, or
      - Provide feedback .

    In accordance with Chapter 209 of Texas Property Code, you are hereby given notice of and requested to attend the Quarterly Board of Directors Homeowners Meeting. The BOD Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 20thh 6:00 p.m. Below zoom link to join.

    Under Chapter 209, HOA’s are required to have “open” board meetings, members of the HOA have the right to attend, but not speak at board meetings. After the meeting is adjourned the board will accept open comments.

The Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 5th p.m. Sign in will begin at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held via zoom. A separate email invite will be sent out with the link to join.
