Lawn and Landscaping Expectations and Requirements

Having a well-maintained neighborhood is important for aesthetics and for the value of our properties. This is done with timely mowing, edging, and maintenance of shrubs, flowers and trees.

Some homeowners use contractors for a few or all of these services. If you have lawn care contractors you would like to recommend, send us their contact information and the services they provide. If there is sufficient interest, we'll move forward with a list.

While many lawns look great, we know that residents new to Texas and new homeowners may not be familiar with the types of plants and their needed care for this area. We hope to provide some tips for this in the near future.

The HOA does not want to assess fines for non-compliance. However, in a few cases, escalating fines are assessed for continued noncompliance.

Many of our residents have a green thumb. If you would like to contribute to the beautification of our community, please let us know so we can reach out and discuss with you how we can work together. We hope you and your loved ones have a great Memorial Day.
